Joanna Pajączek, Justyna Chrzanowska, Radosław Dudek, Jarosław Pysiak, and Marek Gudzelak accepted the invitation from the Principal of the Primary School in Ryszkowa Wola, Renata Plezi, and the President of UKS ZRYW in Ryszkowa Wola, Teresa Duda. The purpose of the visit was to conduct demonstration classes, share the secrets of table tennis, promote the sport, highlight the benefits of physical activity, and encourage children to be active and spend less time on phones and computers. The enthusiasm of both younger and older children during the two-hour session was heartwarming. The smiles on their faces showed that the idea of the demonstration training was a great success, as stated by Marek Gudzelak, the President of AKTS Amator. The students of the Primary School in Ryszkowa Wola participate in the pedagogical innovation Athletes Inspire, a preventive program aimed at fighting addictions, created by the psychologist and President of UKS ZRYW, Teresa Duda. Marek Gudzelak expressed gratitude for the invitation and for the enjoyable time spent at the table tennis.
